Stanley Xu - Co-founder & CEO
Stanley received his MBA from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the Russell G. Redenbough Scholarship. Education has been Stanley's long term interest and he was involved in several education related projects in China before founding Taurus Education. Stanley has extensive financial and management experience both in China and abroad. He was previously an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and a strategy consultant with L.E.K. Consulting in New York and London. Stanley advised multinational companies including HP and Walt Disney on various acquisitions in China. In addition, he helped several Chinese enterprises obtain overseas private equity investment and launch IPOs on U.S. and Hong Kong stock exchanges. Stanley is currently an Independent Director at Sunshine Paper (2002.HK).

Brian Ong - Co-founder & Academic Director
Brian graduated with a B.A. (distinction in major) in Economics and International Studies from Yale University and completed his Master's degree at Stanford University. Previously, he worked at an Internet startup. At Yale, he co-founded the Yale Economic Review and the Yale Southeast Asia Conference and served on the Yale Dean's Advisory Committee. He was the co-founder of Captology.tv and associate chair of Persuasive 2007 at Stanford. He previously worked at the Columbia University office of Nobel Laureate Joseph Stiglitz. |
